Hello, my name is Jayne Arrowsmith and I'm a Gold Award Winning Slimming World consultant. I run 6 Groups each and every Wednesday, from 8 am through to 6:30 pm in Mold in Flintshire, North Wales.
This website has been created to support the members of my Groups, and is not an official Slimming World website.
Here in Mold we are all here for the same reason, weight loss, and the help and support of the other members (or new friends) is second to none.
